Clinics in high-needs areas offer great opportunities for physicians and health professionals to be exposed to and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
Local Doctors is recognised by The University of Auckland and University of Otago medical schools as a training institute for undergraduate medical students. Read about our undergraduate training programme.
Local Doctors is also recognised by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) to run a registrar programme. We support and mentor both General Practice Education Programme Year 1 (GPEP1) and GPEP2
